At Augmentize, we respect your right to control your personal data. This page outlines the process for requesting the deletion of your Augmentize account and associated data.

Account Deletion Process

To request the deletion of your Augmentize account and associated data, please follow these steps:

Send an email to augmentize.app@gmail.com
Use the subject line: "Account Deletion Request"
In the email body, include:
- Your registered email address
- A statement requesting account deletion

I would like to request the deletion of my Augmentize account.

My registered email address: [Your Email Address]

Please delete all data associated with my account.

What Happens Next

We will process your request within 2 business days
You will receive a confirmation email once your account is deleted
For security purposes, we may request additional verification of your identity

Data That Will Be Deleted

Upon processing your deletion request, we will remove:

Your profile information (name, email, etc.)
Your 3D model projects and associated files
Your authentication data
All captured photos and generated 3D assets associated with your account
Any other personal data associated with your account

Data Retention Information

Please note:

All personal data will be deleted from our active systems upon request processing
Backup systems may retain data for up to 30 days for system integrity purposes
Certain anonymized usage data may be retained for analytical purposes, but this cannot be linked back to your identity

Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. All associated data will be permanently removed from our systems.
